1. Go to http://www.ke.com.pk/customer-services/billing-services/e-billing-registration/index.html
2. Put your "Account Number" which is 13-digits Account Number which is written in your KE bill.
3. After that put your "Consumer Number".
4. After that put your "Mobile Number". (Your 10 digit active mobile number)
5. After that put your "Email Address". (Your valid email id)
6. Then click on "Register" button, and then your registration have done properly.
