Step 1 : Go to https://mypolicy.sbilife.co.in/GoGreen/GoGreenWebsiteRegister.aspx

Step 2 : After that you will get a form.

Step 3 : You have to give your "SBI Life Customer ID" or "Policy Number" and your "Date of Birth"

Step 4 : After that click on "Submit" button.
