1. For applying U.S passport online go to https://pptform.state.gov

2. A page will come up and select the check box "I have read the Privacy and Computer Fraud and Abuse Acts Notices and Disclaimers" and then click on "Submit" page.

3. Select the section "Complete Form Online" and then click on "Submit" button.

4. Fill the details of "About the Applicant" section.

Social Security Number
Gender
Height
Hair Color
Eye Color

Employer

5. After filling above section click on "Next".

6. Then another page will appear. Fill the details of "Contact Information" section.

7. After filling above section click on "Next".

8. Another page will come up called "Travel Plans". Type your travelling plans and click on "Next" button.

9. After that "Emergency Contact" section will appear. Type the emergency contact name,phone no,address,zip code etc and then click on "Next" button.

10. After that "Your Most Recent Passport" will appear and select as per your details and click on "Next" button.

11. After that you will go to "Parent & Spouse Information" section and fill the section very carefully and then click on "Next" button.

12. In Alias section if you have a another name give that information to in it.

13. After that your filled up information will be preview , you can preview it also by click on "Preview Form".
