1. Go to http://travel.state.gov/content/passports/english.html
2. You can see there have a option "GET STARTED" click on that. After that you will see a form will be given.
3. In "Confirm Eligibility" tab choose your current location and date of birth.
4. After that In "Estimate Your Costs" choose your "Passport Type" after that choose the "Processing Method" then choose your delivery option either "Standard Delivery" or "Overnight Delivery".
5. After putting all the type and processing method click on "Calculate" option and you will get the costs of your passport and then click on "Next" button.
6. After that you will get a page which will say you about the required documents and photo identification those are stated name as "Evidence of U.S. Citizenship" and "Photo Identification". Read those required document very carefully. After that click on "Next" button.
7. Then another page will appear on your screen known as "Take A Photo". Read the photo dimension instruction very carefully. After that click on "Next" button.
8. Then a page called "Passport Application Summary" will be open. Gather Required Documentation and Total Fees has been there.
