Step1: Click on above link and you will get the main homepage where you can see "Apply Now" button, and click on them.

Step 2: After that you will a page where list of district has listed , you have to select your district among them.

One important note has been written on those page which is below..

"For Students:- Choose district where your institution is located 

For Students who are studying outside of West Bengal:- Choose district of your permanent address 

For Officials:- Choose your concerned district"

Step3: After select district registration page will come up, where you have to put several fields. Those are below-

Step 4: After that type the captcha code and confirm the two written statements and click on "Submit" button.

After successfully submission of your form system will give you a acknowledgement slip.

You need to download this and you need adobe reader to view this  acknowledgement slip.
