.CNT file extension is used by Microsoft Windows and it is used to control
help files. CNT mean Windows content files
If you look in to the CNT file configuration you will see like this:
:BASE Untitled.hlp

You can see in alove picture that there have a two files those are MasterEntry.cnt and MASTERENTRY.HLP , when we look in to this .cnt file we can able to see that cnt file link to .hlp (help) file and It will start from BASE keyword and finish with the contain of help file.
