Report Printer Setting
In the Printer (Hardware settings) set the following
1. The Font size should be selected as 20 CPI
2. The form size or paper size should be selected as 15 X 12
In (printer server) do the following
1 In the printer properties select the form size as 15 X 12.
2 The form should be selected in three tabs in printer properties.
3 The printer driver should be specific to the printer model. Like it should be lipi or Wep.
Steps to Print Report in BANCS-24
1. On reports page, right click on required report link and save to local machine.
2. In windows, right click on saved report and choose the print option. This will fire the gzprint option on the default printer.
Important:
Printing through gzprint ensures reports are printed in correct format. Printing through notepad or any other editor may result in incorrectly formatted reports
3. In case printing from the branch server, Go directly to the location of the report – ie ftp - < Branch code> - reports - <date of report>
