Following setup should be carried out by the Vault Teller.
1. Go to Administrative Menu -> Branch Maintenance in Bancs
2. Click on List All Printer Queues
3. There enter the Printer Queue Name, Printer Queue as True, and Passbook Printer as False/True depending on whether it is a passbook printer or not, Printer Name as \\<computer name>\<Printer>
For example, if the printer machine ip address is 10.10.0.1 and printer name is passbook, then the Printer Name that should be entered in the queue will be \\10.10.0.1\passbook
4. To add tellers - Click on List all queues. In the Printer queue to which the teller is to be added, click on the Tellers. In the new screen that comes up, enter the teller id and press SAVE. Similarly add other tellers who are to be added to the queue.
Repeat this for all Printer queues.
