For submitting the above online form you have to give some valid information those are stated as below-
1. You have to give Agency Details for transport system like name, PAN number, valid address and phone number.
2. After that you have to put details about Driver's like DL number, Issuing sate of DL, name and address and PIN code also.
3.After that you have to put details about Vehicle's like number of the Vehicle, Registration State, Name of owner, Address of owner, PAN number, Mobile number and PIN code.
4. After that select Entry checkpost and Exit checkpost for Karnataka and expected date of exit.
After filling all the fields click on Next button and you will redirected in to communication details section.
